Jeju Province has launched a dedicated counseling hotline this month for long-term care workers.

Eligible workers include care aides, social workers, nurses, and physical therapists at long-term care institutions in Jeju.

The hotline connects users with lawyers and labor consultants. It provides support on working conditions, contracts, and unfair treatment, along with guidance on possible solutions.

Free psychological counseling will also be available through local counseling centers. The service aims to help workers deal with stress and trauma.



장기요양기관 종사자 전용 무료 상담전화 운영

제주특별자치도가
이달부터 요양보호사 등 장기요양기관 종사자를 위한 전용 상담전화를 개설해 운영에 들어갔습니다.

상담 대상은 도내 장기요양기관에서 근무하는
요양보호사와 사회복지사, 간호사, 물리치료사 등 입니다.

변호사와 노무사와 연계해
근로 조건이나 계약 문제, 부당 처우 등에 대한 상담과 문제 해결 방안이 제공됩니다.

또 업무 스트레스나 트라우마 극복을 돕기 위해
지역상담센터와 연계해 심리 상담도 무료로 받을 수 있습니다.
