The Provincial Office of Education has announced its school violence prevention plan for this year.

The plan responds to rising verbal abuse and younger victims. It puts more focus on conflict resolution and restoring relationships, rather than punishment.

The office will expand “defensive action training” early in the semester to help protect victims. It will also strengthen education on respectful language and new forms of violence, including deepfake crimes.

The number of designated model schools for prevention will rise to 20 while aiming to build a student-led prevention culture.

이번 계획은 언어폭력 증가와 피해 저연령화에 대응해 처벌보다
갈등 해결과 관계 회복에 중점을 두고 있습니다.

이를 위해 학기 초 피해 학생을 돕는 '방어행동 실천 교육'을 확대하고
바른 언어 사용과 딥페이크 등 신종 폭력 대응 교육을 강화하기로 했습니다.

또 학교폭력예방 선도학교를 20개로 늘려
학생 주도의
예방 문화를 정착하기로 했습니다.
