Jeju will expand its demand-responsive transit service, Opsobus(옵서버스), to all distric areas starting on the 25th.

Public buses are currently running in eight areas, with 32 vehicles in service. Daejeong-eup(대정읍) and Andeok-myeon(안덕면) will be added by the end of this month.

For Seongsan-eup(성산읍) and Pyoseon-myeon(표선면), which were previously run as one combined zone, Jeju will split the service area.
The goal is to reduce the waiting time and improve efficiency.
Opsobus runs fixed routes from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., then shifts to on-call service after 2 p.m.

현재 8개 읍면에서 공영버스 32대가 운행 중이며
이달 말
대정읍과 안덕면을 새롭게 추가합니다.

또 기존 통합 운영했던 성산읍과 표선면의 경우
권역을 분리해
배차 대기시간을 줄이고 운행 효율을 높입니다.

옵서버스는
오전 6시부터 오후 2시까지 고정노선으로,
오후 2시 이후에는
수요에 따라 호출 방식으로 운영됩니다.
