Jeju City is running a reward program to find households in crisis earlier.

Households not currently receiving benefits but facing economic hardship or crisis can be reported. If they are subsequently designated as basic livelihood security recipients, the reporter will receive a reward of 50,000 won per case.

The annual payment cap for a single reporter is 300,000 won.
Reports can be submitted by visiting or calling a district community service center, or by applying online through the Bokjiro website.

Reported households will be assessed by a welfare official and then connected to social security benefits and other welfare services.


위기가구 신고하면 건당 5만 원 포상금

제주시는 위기가구를 조기에 발굴하기 위해 시민 신고자에게 포상금을 지급하는 제도를 운영하고 있습니다.

경제적 어려움으로 소득이 없거나 위기 상황에 놓인 비수급 가구를 신고해 기초생활수급자로 선정되면, 신고자에게 1건당 5만 원의 포상금이 지급됩니다.

동일 신고자의 연간 지급 한도는 30만 원입니다.

신고는 읍·면사무소나 동주민센터 방문·전화, 또는 복지로 누리집을 통한 온라인 접수가 가능하며,

신고된 가구는 복지담당 공무원이 실태를 확인한 뒤 사회보장급여 등 복지서비스와 연계됩니다.
