Korea Airports Corporation's ‘Jeju Airport’ has become the first of 14 airports nationwide to introduce a multilingual AI translation service.

The AI translation service, available through kiosks, provides support in 13 different languages.

When foreign-language speech is input, it is automatically translated in real-time and conveyed in Korean to the staff at the information desk. The staff then respond in Korean, which is automatically translated into a foreign language and displayed on the kiosk.

이후 직원이
한국어로 답변하면
다시 외국어로 자동 변환 후 키오스크에 표출되는 방식으로 이뤄집니다.
