The average sale price per square meter of private apartments in Jeju has increased by nearly 400,000 KRW over the past year.

According to the Korea Housing & Urban Guarantee Corporation, as of the end of last month, the average sale price per square meter of private apartments in Jeju was 7.904 million KRW, which is a 399,000 KRW increase compared to the same month last year.

Compared to last month, the sale price has risen by 200,000 KRW

Jeju's apartment sale prices remain the second highest in the country, following Seoul, which recorded 13.396 million KRW per square meter.

제주지역 민간아파트의 ㎡당 평균 분양가가
1년 사이 40만원 가까이 뛰었습니다.

주택도시보증공사에 따르면
지난달 말 기준
제주지역 민간 아파트의
최근 1년간 평균 분양가격은 ㎡당 790만 4천원으로
지난해 같은 달보다 39만원 7천원 올랐습니다.

한 달 전과 비교하면 20만원 오른 분양가입니다.

제주지역 아파트 분양가는
㎡당 1,339만 6천원을 기록한 서울에 이어
전국에서 두 번째로 높은 수준을 유지했습니다.
