5. JPDC unveils new high-tech production line
1,270 half-liter bottles of Samdasoo per minute

The Jeju Province Development Corporation is expanding Samdasoo production to meet growing demand for 500-milliliter bottles of the local water.

It has set up a new dedicated production line for that size capable of producing 1,270 half-liter bottles a minute.

The new line was built using so-called “smart factory” technology, like an automatic conveyor system.

Now that the half-liter bottles have a dedicated line, the JPDC plans to use the old production line for 330-milliliter and one-liter products.

삼다수 500ml 전용 생산라인 구축

제주개발공사가 수요가 많은 500ml를 중심으로 삼다수 생산을 확대합니다.

이를 위해 최근 500ml 전용의 분당 1천 270병을 생산할 수 있는 새로운 생산라인을 구축했습니다.

특히 이번에 새롭게 개설된 생산라인은 무인운반장치를 비롯해 스마트팩토리를 기반으로 이뤄졌습니다.

제주개발공사는 이번에 새로운 생산라인 구축으로 기존 라인의 경우 330ml와 1l 제품을 생산할 계획입니다.
