Down 0.01% in week ending November 12

Apartment prices in Jeju are falling.

The Korea Appraisal Board says November 12th prices were down 0.01 percent compared to the week before.

Prices for long-term “jeonse” leases dropped 0.18 percent over the same period.

Analysts say apartment prices are trending down nationwide, but that there’s a steeper decline in areas outside the capital.

제주지역 아파트 매매가격이 하락했습니다.

한국감정원에 따르면 지난 12일 기준 제주지역 아파트 매매 가격은 전주보다 0.01% 하락했습니다.

제주지역 아파트 전세가격지수도 0.18% 떨어진 것으로 나타났습니다.

한국감정원은 전국적으로 아파트 매매가격이 보합에서 하락으로 전환한 가운데 지방은 하락폭이 더욱 확대되고 있는 것으로 분석했습니다.
