Autopsy conducted on Jeju resident who died after receiving flu shot
Initial results show no direct link between death and vaccine

A male resident of Jeju Island in his 60s has died after receiving a flu shot. According to the results of the first autopsy, the cause of death remains unclear.

The man died two days after receiving a flu shot at a hospital in Jeju City on the 19th, and an autopsy was conducted by the National Forensic Service (NFS). The results found no evidence to confirm a link between the cause of death and the vaccine.

However, the man was reportedly suffering from an underlying disease, and a second round of investigations will be underway, which is expected to be complete in about a month.

이틀 후인 지난 21일 숨졌으며
평소 기저질환이 있었던 것으로 알려졌습니다.
