Social distancing level 1.5 maintained
Current level to be maintained until May 23

With the spread of COVID-19 in the local community recently the province will maintain its current social distancing level 1.5.

The province’s quarantine authorities said that although the number of confirmed cases has been increasing, the current social distancing level 1.5 will be maintained until May 23rd as scheduled taking into account the overall socio-economic situation.

However, the province stressed that quarantine measures are under review due to a peak in the number of confirmed cases that have reached more than 10, and announced that tightened measures will take effect immediately if the situation worsens.

As various events and gatherings become frequent in the month of May, concerns grow on the possibility of group infection. The province requests people to continue to refrain from gathering and to constantly monitor quarantine regulations.

다만 최근 연이어 10명 이상의 확진자가 발생한데 따른
방역 대책은 논의 중이며
지금보다
더 심각한 상황이 이어지면
준비된 방역대책을 즉시 가동할 것이라 강조했습니다.

이와함께 가정의 달을 맞아
각종 행사와 모임이 잦아지며 집단감염이 우려되는 만큼
모임을 자제하고방역 수칙을 철저히 지켜줄 것을 거듭 당부했습니다.
