Jeju City to carry out quarantine inspections of accommodation facilities
Violators will be fined

Jeju City will conduct a quarantine inspection of tourist accommodations by the end of this month ahead of the peak tourist season.

A total of 70 tourist accommodations and pensions near Hamdeok, Hyeopjae, Geumneung Beach and Jeju International Airport, will be inspected. The inspection will focus on violations of maximum capacity per room, with limited access to banquet halls, and bans on barbecue parties.

If violations of quarantine rules are detected, they will be guided on the spot and fined if the violations are deemed intentional and serious.


6. 제주시, 관광숙박시설·휴양펜션 방역 점검

제주시가 관광 성수기를 앞두고
이달 말까지 숙박시설에 대한 방역 점검에 나섭니다.

점검 대상은 함덕과 협재, 금능해변,
제주공항 인근 관광숙박시설, 휴양펜션 70여 곳으로

객실 내 정원 초과수용 여부와 연회장 인원 제한,
바베큐 파티 금지 등을 지키는지 확인하게 됩니다.

방역수칙 위반 사항이 적발되면 현장 계도하고
고의성이 높고 위반 정도가 심할 경우
과태료를 부과할 방침입니다.
