Spike in auctions in Jeju last month
12.4% points increase from the previous month

As the real estate market in Jeju is overheated,
purchase demand is pouring into the auction market.

According to GG Auction, which analyzes court auctions,
the successful bid rate at the Jeju District Court last month was 47.5%,
an increase in 12.4% points from the previous month. This is the
second highest rate in the country after Daegu City.

An average of 4.2 people participated in the auction bidding, which is 1 person more than last month.

As a result, the auction market, which had been stagnant,
is showing signs of revival with the auction price ratio of residential and commercial facilities turning upward.



5. 제주 경매 낙찰률 2위…구매 수요 몰려

제주지역 부동산 경기가 과열되면서
경매 시장으로 구매 수요가 몰리고 있습니다.

경매 전문업체 지지옥션에 따르면
지난 달 제주지방법원 경매 낙찰률은 47.5%로
전달에 비해 12.4% 포인트 상승하며
전국에서 대구 다음으로 높았습니다.

경매 입찰에도 지난 달 보다 1명 많은
평균 4.2명이 참여했습니다.

이에 따라 주거와 상업시설, 토지 낙찰가율도
상승세로 전환하는 등 침체됐던 경매 시장이
반전 조짐을 보이고 있습니다.
