JDC Recruits Tenants for Rentals

Jeju Development Corporation is recruiting tenants for public rental housings for the first time.

Public rental housings is for middle class residents who do not own a house. Tenants will be able to live for up to six years without paying a monthly rent if you pay a rental deposit of 80-90% of the market rental price.

A total of 10 houses will be supplied this time, and applications will be accepted for three days from the 16th. Winners will be announced on October 31.

The JDC says that they expanded the target to the middle class and is hoping to gain much attention.



제주개발공사, 첫 공공 전세 주택 입주자 모집

제주개발공사가 처음으로 공공 전세 주택 입주자를 모집합니다.

공공전세 주택은 무주택 중산층을 대상으로
시중 전세 가격의 80~90% 수준의 임대보증금을 납부하면 월 임대료 없이 최대 6년간 거주할 수 있게 됩니다.

이번에 공급되는 주택은 총 10호로 접수는 오는 16일부터 사흘간 이뤄지며 당첨자는 10월 31일에 발표됩니다.

제주도개발공사는 기존 저소득층을 중심으로 한 공공임대주택 공급에서 대상을 중산층으로 확대했다며 많은 관심을 당부했습니다.
