The police is strengthening their response to the withhold of construction site operations due to Cargo Truckers Solidarity Union strikes.

The Jeju National Police Agency has put together a dedicated investigation team in support of the government's “work start order.”

Per the current law, the police will arrest anyone that violates the “work start order”, or participates in retaliatory acts including assaults.

화물연대 파업으로 공사 현장이 멈춰선 가운데 경찰이 시멘트 운송 방해 행위에 대한 대응을 강화합니다.

제주경찰청은 정부의 업무개시 명령의 실효성을 확보하기 위해 운송 방해 행위 전담 수사팀을 편성해 대응합니다.

운송 복귀를 거부하거나 업무 개시 명령을 위반한 경우 그리고 폭행과 협박 등 보복행위에 가담하면 현행법 체포를 원칙으로 수사할 방침입니다.
