Seogwipo City is supporting rabies vaccination until November for the prevention of rabies and citizen safety.

This vaccination program will continue until the vaccine is depleted for the 1,530 registered pet dogs.

Owners can visit designated animal hospitals with their pets, and even unregistered pets can be registered on-site.

Rabies is a zoonotic disease that can be transmitted to animals and humans through bites or scratches from infected animals, necessitating regular booster vaccinations annually for dogs aged over three months.

11월까지 광견병 예방백신 접종을 지원합니다.

이번 예방접종은 등록된 반려견 1천 530마리에 대해 백신이 소진될때까지 진행됩니다.

지정동물병원에 반려견과 함께 방문하면 되고
아직 등록을 하지 않은 반려견도 현장에서 등록 후 가능합니다.

광견병은 감영동물로부터 물리거나 할퀸 상처를 통해 동물과 사람에게 전파될 수 있는 인수공통전염병으로 3개월 이상 반려견은 1년에 한번 정기적인 보강 접종이 필요합니다.
