Jeju Province is launching a special credit guarantee program for small and mid-sized construction firms.

A 2 billion won contribution will be made to the Credit Guarantee Foundation, leveraged twelvefold to create a 24-billion-won fund. The funds will be offered through financial institutions starting on the 30th.

Eligible firms are small and mid-sized construction firms based in Jeju. Requirements include having loan recommendations under the Small and Medium Enterprise Development Fund ordinance.

Support is capped at 100 million won per business.

Jeju Province will provide interest subsidies,
while the Credit Guarantee Foundation will offer credit guarantees.
The program is expected to reduce interest rates by approximately 4 to 6 percentage points compared to standard loans.

약 4~6%의 금리 절감 효과를 기대하고 있습니다.
