Jeju is expanding its Green Remodeling subsidies to private buildings to improve energy efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

The program covers detached houses and multi-family houses older than 15 years. Priority will be given to low-income and multi-child families.

The maximum support per household is capped at 10 million won, covering 50 percent of construction costs for improvements such as high-airtightness insulation upgrades, high-performance windows, and the installation of high-efficiency equipment.

Applications for the program will be accepted from the 19th through the 6th of next month.

그린 리모델링 공사비 지원을 민간 건축물로 확대합니다.

준공 후 15년 이상 지난 단독주택과 다세대,
연립주택을 대상으로 이뤄지며
저소득층과 다자녀 가구 등에 우선 지원됩니다.

세대당 최대 지원금액은 1천만 원이며
고기밀 단열보강과 고성능 창호,
고효율 기자재 설치 등에 소요되는 공사비의 50%를 지원합니다.

사업신청은 오는 19일부터 다음달 6일까지입니다.
